We're so confident in our pricing that if you find a price cheaper than ours before or after you book, we will match the price or refund you the difference. This gives you peace of mind knowing that you've secured the best deal at the best price.

1. APPLICABILITY
1.1 Price Promise is only valid for new bookings made within the last 24 hours. You can also contact us prior to booking and we will issue you with a Seascanner voucher to be used within 48 hours if your claim is valid.
1.2 You must contact us via the Price Promise form on our website within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for our Price Promise.
1.3 If the cruise agent you wish us to price match against does not offer online booking, you must provide us with a written quote in your name with their company logo and quote date on.
1.4 The cruise must be available to book at the time we evaluate the price.
1.5 The cruise must be identical to the one on our website. This includes departure date, cruise line, cruise ship, cabin type, cabin grade, cruise fare type, flights, hotels, transfers and tours.
1.6 The cruise must be sold by a UK based cruise agent and pricing must be in GBP.
1.7 If your claim is accepted we will either a) reduce the balance due by the relevant amount or b) refund the difference within 10 - 14 days if the balance has been paid in full. If pre-booking, we will create a unique voucher with the relevant discount.
1.8 Seascanner reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
2. EXCLUSIONS
2.1 The Price Promise does not apply to existing bookings made more than 24 hours ago. This includes changing an existing booking to a different date.
2.2 Any element of the cruise is not identical e.g. cabin grade, cruise fare type, flights etc.
2.3 The cruise provider is based outside of the UK and/or the pricing is not in GBP.
2.4 The cruise agent has a private group or exclusive rate setup on the cruise.
2.5 The cruise is a chartered sailing by the cruise agent.
2.6 Seascanner will not price match against Cruise.co.uk.
